Honestly, what can’t Laverne Cox do??
Cox is already an incredible actress and a powerful transgender advocate, but she switched gears once again to tap into another one of her MANY talents and absolutely SLAYED in her first fashion campaign for the 2017 Autumn/Winter of Ivy Park - an athletic-leisure clothing line co-founded by Beyoncé and Sir Philip Green.
“I have no idea [how this came about] to be perfectly honest. I’m like, does she pick out her biggest fans ever and work with her? It’s pretty amazing.” – Cox to Access Hollywood
Last month, Cox appeared on “Access Hollywood” and revealed that Queen Bey reached out to her and asked her to be a part of the campaign titled “Strong Beyond Measure” that has the intent of shedding light on inclusivity in fashion. She also joined an all-black cast that included models Ralph Souffrant and Grace Bol, and dancer Karen McDonald.
Cox has never shied away from displaying her deep-lying love and affection for the Queen, & we can’t wait to see what they have up their sleeves in the future, but for now, check out some of Cox’s photos from the campaign shoot below:
